Hello,

We have observed that the date dimension when creating insights is defaulting to UTC+1 timezone and even after updating the timezone using - https://analytics.aerosimple.com/gdc/md/smhannp580p8fegqpzl88ah5u6o7irgj/service/timezone it is still not getting reflected.

This is causing issues in the reports, can anyone please guide what is needed to be changed here.

Thanks.

Hello,

Can you confirm to which timezone you are trying to set the workspace? Please note that it should be one specified from the following database:

https://www.iana.org/time-zones

I am setting it to UTC-5, the New York one.

We would need to look into this directly as we are unable to reproduce the issue on our end. Could you please fill out the ticket form here: https://support.gooddata.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=582387

Also, please make sure that our support user has admin access to the workspace.

I have already created a request here - https://support.gooddata.com/hc/en-us/requests/117243 can you please look into this, thanks
