BUTTON WITH ACCESS TO ANOTHER TAB

Please be aware that Custom Embed Tool is not a part of the GoodData platform. It is provided as is, and GoodData do not support it. However, you can use it for creation of Icon with a hyperlink to the particular tab of your Dashboard and then add it as a web content there. Have you tried this already, please? Yes, I have already tried using the icon option but I am sent to a new tab in the browser, and even if I were sent to the same tab in the browser it would not be viable because I need the user to be sent to the tab within the dashboard without leaving the current page.I believe it's not possible.thanks for the help!

Dashboard Useful Area

Hi Jeferson,  thanks for reaching out.  Unfortunately, at the moment our application width is hard-coded and there is no way to increase the width to make use of the space highlighted in red in your screenshot. To try to and keep performance reasonable, we implemented this fixed width on our dashboards.    Thanks, Michael!!Have a great week.

GoodData Access Control

Failed to return data

Good morning! Sorry to hear about your troubles. This might happen when you are uploading new data to the project or when the related data warehouse is temporary overloaded(too many queries, huge data loads and data backups running,...). Does the issue still persist, please?    Good Morning, Iva!!The problem happens randomly, but I believe it is related to the issue of loading new data and many queries.Would there be any way to optimize this processing in any way?

Buy sales this month with the same month last year

Hi Jeferson,  thanks for reaching out.  To achieve this, your metric would look like this: For this Month/Year to todays date: SELECT <SUM-Metric> WHERE Month/Year (Data) = THIS AND Day of Month (Data) BETWEEN D1 AND THIS For the previous Month/Year to the same day of the month for the previous year:  SELECT <SUM-Metric> WHERE Month/Year (Data) = THIS-12 AND Day of Month (Data) BETWEEN D1 AND THIS The trick here is to use the "Day of Month" Attribute in your metric and then also select the "D1" value. In the above example, I have also added "<SUM-Metric>", there you would just insert your SUM metric. After this you should be all set.  Best regards,  M. METRICS MAQL - AVERAGE SALES OF THE LAST 10 DAYS

Please check my example below:   SELECT AVG(VLR_VENDAS_BASE_SEM_DEVOL_SEM_FRETE) WHERE (Date (Data) BETWEEN THIS - 9 AND THIS) I would substitute the "Day of Year (Data)" with simple "Date (Data)" attribute if possible. @Iva Gasparekova It worked out!!I'm grateful for the help!!Thanks

Good Morning! I would probably adjust your metric just a bit: SELECT AVG(Sales) WHERE ("DATE_Attribiute" BETWEEN THIS - 9 AND THIS) Could you confirm that "Sales" stands for a Fact or a Metric, which uses Fact, please? I'm wearing a FATO
