We noticed SQL Downloader is failing and throwing an error like
CommunicationsException: Communications link failure The last packet successfully received from the server was 57 milliseconds ago. The last packet sent successfully to the server was 53 milliseconds ago.
Please guide me how to resolve this issue.

This kind of error usually means that there might be some communication issue between our platform and your database. Possibly a hiccup. Are you still seeing this error? If so, could you please share with us the timestamp of the last occurrence so we can check our logs?

It began to fail on March 28 around 5:00:22 AM. I tried again today at 7:30:03 AM, but it was unsuccessful. March 27th at 5:00:22 AM was the last successful run.
