Unfortunately, this option is not available in GoodData. However, I can confirm we are already collecting some customer feedbacks regarding this functionality and we would like to cover this in next rounds of our table improvements.
Currently, I can only say that we expect to have this feature on our Roadmap somewhere next year, but we do not have it on our Roadmap just yet.

Do we have feasbility to create custom table visual and use pagination from the data we get from goodata?

Any data you export form GoodData can be managed in anyway that you like. After you export it, you can open it with any tool that would allow for pagination.
