What can be reason that I am not receiving an e-mail for my forgotten password? I use the GoodData Free tier.

There are more possible reasons why you do not receive it. First of all please check your SPAM folder in your e-mail client. If you will not find the e-mail there, make sure that you use the right URL to reset the password. The format of the URL in case you use the GoodData Free is https://freexxxxx.na.gooddata.com. The “xxxxx” is id of your Free instance. You can find the right URL in the welcome e-mail you got during the registration to GoodData Free. If you still do not receive it, please contact GoodData Support.
