Failures in CSV Downloader

Hi,

 

After 5th of this month we have noticed schedules which are using XLSX format files as source are failing in CSV Downloader. Is this due to the release End of Life: CSV Uploader

In the release notes you have sent in outline the steps to verify and the steps you need to take if you are affected by this release:

If you're running into issues with schedules after this update, can you please provide us with the related error details so we can check our logs for you?

I've already visited the website you suggested in your response. The lack of information related to "CSV Downloader will fail if we use excel files as input".
