I am trying to build a simple report for the count of tasks assigned to each user for this week. Typically when I’m building reports like this, I’ll use the Date (Shared) attribute to filter to this week and ignore things like start & due dates. However, when I go to my filter list, the Date (Shared) filters are not listed as options. This seems to only be happening when tasks are included in the report.
Has anyone ran into something similar and might know why this is or how to fix it?

if you have a Date Dimension called "Date (Shared)" which is not available to use as a filter when the object called "tasks" is included in your report - this is likely caused by limitations in your model and would indicate that it's not applicable in the current context of the report you're creating. You will be able to verify this, as shown in my screenshot below, it will show that some unrelated dates are hidden:

That appears to be it, thank you! I checked the Data Model and you are correct, the Date (Shared) dimension is not connected to Tasks….is there a way for me to update that?
