In the attached image, initially the IS4W-Earned Premium was set to 'IS4W' category but now when I check, it is set to 'NONE' in the insight. How is that possible? Same thing happened last month as well, and I changed it to 'IS4W' category. And all the users have viewer permission except me.Only I am the admin. Please let me know the solution as soon as possible.

It would be good to check wether or not the object is managed by LCM. This could reflect in regular changes if you have not tagged the object correctly. Nevertheless, since we may need to access the workspace we will continue our efforts in a separate ticket to assist further with the investigation.Â
