Someone on my team created a dashboard and they shared it with me but I can't see it when I log in with my account information

Hi Erin, Are you getting any error/message ID on screen?Can you please share it with us? Or is it just the data on it you are unable to see? If so, I believe you would need to get in touch with the dashboard creator to check your permissions to access the dashboard data. Thanks for any further info.

I'm not getting error messages. If I'm signed in on one account I can see them. If I'm signed in on another I can't. I logged in as them and the dashboard was shared with me

Can you please have your workspace admin review your data permissions? You can find more information here: Data Permissions.
