Thinking completed Hi! This is a known issue that has come up before. Here are the most common reasons why metrics created in the
Metrics tab may not appear when building a dashboard or visualization:
Things to check:
1.
Browser cache — Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or open the dashboard in a different browser/incognito window. This has resolved the issue in similar cases. [

2.
Logical Data Model (LDM) relationships — Even if all attributes and facts come from the same table, the metrics need to be properly connected within the LDM. Ensure that all elements (attributes, labels, facts, primary keys) are correctly defined and mapped. [

3.
Data source connectivity — Verify that the data source for the metrics is correctly defined and accessible.
4.
Metric visibility in Analyze — Try switching to the
Analyze tab and searching for the metrics there. If they appear in Analyze but not in the dashboard builder, it may be a UI/cache issue.
Since this involves inspecting your specific workspace configuration and metrics, the Support team will need to take a closer look.
To help the Support team investigate, please add the following details to this thread:
• The names of the two metrics that are not appearing (e.g.,
NSW LGA EGM Days and
NSW LGA NMR as shown in your screenshot)
• How the metrics were created (UI or API)
• Whether the metrics are visible in the
Analyze tab
• Any error messages you may be seeing
• Your workspace/organization details
