Could you help with identifying which product we use cloud or cloud-native? As well as our account tier?
k
Thinking completed Unfortunately, I'm not able to identify which GoodData product your organization uses or your account tier — I don't have access to your account information. Here are two ways you can find this out yourself: Check your deployment type • If you access GoodData via a managed URL (e.g.,
*.cloud.gooddata.com
) and don't manage any infrastructure yourself, you are likely on GoodData Cloud. • If your team deployed GoodData on your own Kubernetes cluster using a Helm chart, you are on GoodData Cloud Native (GoodData.CN). Check your account tier via API You can call the following endpoint to resolve your entitlements, which includes the
Tier
value:
GET /api/v1/actions/resolveEntitlements
The
Tier
entitlement is public and will indicate your service level (e.g., trial, professional, enterprise). [View Entitlements] If you need further help identifying your setup or tier, please add the following details to this thread so the Support team can assist: Community support (Startup & Professional) You're already in the right place — the GoodData Support team monitors this Slack and a team member will join when human review is needed. You can also visit the Community Forums for additional resources. 24/7 Support (Enterprise plans) If your account includes 24/7 Support or this is a Severity 1 (L1) critical issue, you can also: • Submit a ticket: support.gooddata.com • Email: support@gooddata.com • Call: +1 (415) 200-0194 👍 0 button 👎 0 button ℹ️ Tip: Mention @kapa.ai in the thread for follow-ups. 👀 Our Support team monitors all messages and will jump in if needed.

Hi Austin, I can confirm you are using GoodData Cloud product. Is there anything else we can help with?
a
Thanks, I ran the endpoint. It looks like we are on Enterprise. I sent in a support request, but they said we were on trial and sent me here. I was having issues with some of the export functionality, and I read some help docs that mentioned something about potential name interference and/or dependent filters, but those have not proven to resolve my issue.

I see now, your account is
Metolius Golf NKA Noteefy
correct? If so, please accept our apology, it looks that my colleague didn't identify your account correctly.
I will re-open the existing ticket where my colleague replied and we can continue there.

Okay, cool, no problem. Yes, that is correct. Thank you, and sorry that I did not have the correct name.

No worries!
