hi guys, we're experiencing xlsx export issues across different users, could you please check if that's on your side? thank you

Based on the knowledge sources, there have been various XLSX export issues reported by users in the GoodData community. While I cannot directly check your system, I can share some common issues and troubleshooting steps: ## Common XLSX Export Issues Several types of XLSX export problems have been documented: 1. Duplicate worksheet names: If your dashboard has visualizations with duplicate titles (even when ignoring case), this can cause export failures with an internal server error. The solution is to ensure each visualization has a unique name. Duplicated column names: Issues with duplicated column names in visualizations can also cause XLSX export failures. Temporary platform issues: There have been instances of temporary export issues on GoodData's side that were resolved by their engineering team. Check for duplicate names: Review your dashboard visualizations to ensure there are no duplicate titles 2. Try invalidating cache: In some cases, clearing the cache has resolved export issues 3. Contact GoodData Support: If the issue persists, reach out to GoodData support with: - The specific error message and traceId (if available) - Direct links to the dashboards experiencing issues - Information about which workspaces are affected The knowledge sources indicate that GoodData support typically investigates these issues when provided with specific details about the affected dashboards and any error messages received.

Hi Masha, I will check this internally and get back to you with my findings. In the meantime, may you share some more information on this, e.g when is started, and some direct links to the affected reports. Thanks.

i checked for the duplicates and invalidated cache so should be something else. the error is just 'Failed to export the data. Try again later'. the error persists for formatted versions for my colleagues, only works for raw csv. from my user i don't even see those options so it just fails for xlsx option (works for pdf).

Hi Masha, Thanks for your patience while I investigated this issue. It appears that the issue with exporting Excel files is being caused by the linked filters on your dashboard. After removing the linked filters on my test report and running the XLSX export again, it worked correctly. I recommend verifying how the linked filters are set and possibly recreating the filters to ensure that they are correctly set Please let me know once you’ve tried this, or if you need any assistance doing so.
