We are getting the following error in one of our lower environments errorType=com.gooddata.tiger.arrow.storage.ArrowStorageServerException, message=Flight upload was not possible due to a problem with durable storage: Storage class 'raw_cache' version 'v1' attempting to write data to storage 's3_gdc_quiver' that is not online. The storage initialization was not successful. Can you please let us know what can be the root cause of this issue?

Hi Sunil, could you please try to restart the Quiver pods. Restarting the pods can help reinitialize the connection and we have seen in the past that this can resolve this issue. If the problem persists after restarting the Quiver pods, please let us know and if you have any additional error messages or logs, please share them to assist with the troubleshooting. Thank you!

Sorry for the delayed repsonse @Michael Ullock yes that's what we did and it started working.. Do you know the root cause for the same on why it might go into that state?

Hi Sunil, thanks for getting back to me and for letting me know this resolved the issue. And regarding the root cause - This is a good question 🙂 This error/issue is very rare and we are not able to reproduce it. This is only the second time we have come across this - Therefore, I would like to ask that if you run into this issue again, please provide us with the support bundle and collect logs and then provide them to GD Support, so we can investigate this issue further.
