I'm noticing the update to sorting data in ascending order and descending order is not working correctly - no matter if i select ascending or descending the values do not sort

Hi Max,
Thanks for sending this in, happy to help.
Could you please share a bit more information on this? For example, What update you are referring to, was this working fine before, and if so, when did the issue start? Also, please share a direct link to the report so we can investigate further, thanks.

yes this was working fine before and I noticed now there are new options for sorting and a new UX. Many of our drill-downs feature a "days in status" which is helpful for partners to sort and none of them are working correctly

Could number “2” next to the sort icon in the header mean that you are sorting the table by 2 columns? Previously it was possible to use only one. I think this is new feature that you can apply sorting on multiple columns so other column is probably selected as the primary column for ordering and Daysinstatus is used as secondary column for ordering in case multiple rows have equal value of the primary column used for ordering. Check header of other columns if they are used for odering and try to disable ordering there.

Hi Jakub & Max, this seems to be the issue - I have created a test report (I will DM you the report Max) and I have removed the sorting from the “ID” column and the report is now working as expected. I will provide more details in my DM to you shortly
