Hello -- we had a QA point out that tooltips on headlines on the right ride of rows have the text malformed. I've verified that the text is just standard sentence structure saved in the description field. If I move this particular headline around, it is rectified.

Hi Paul, thank you for reporting this. Could you please provide more details as to where this is happening? Is it in GoodData UI SDK, directly in the platform or in an iframe? You mentioned that if the particular headline is moved around, the text shows correctly, is this done when editing the dashboard or simply changing the browser window size? Thanks for any details!

It is directly on the platform, not in edit mode It only resolves if I move this headline away from the right side. Larger, expanded screen attached If I swap it with others, then THAT right-facing one has other formatting issues

Hi Paul, thanks for providing this info. I was just trying to replicate this on my side, but I was unable to replicate it. Would you please be so kind as to create a screencast, which outlines the steps I need to take to replicate it on my side? Once I am able to replicate it, I will create an internal ticket for our engineering team to get this fixed. Regarding your second screenshot in your last update - I actually reported this problem yesterday to our engineering team, when there is some table or headline insight aligned to the right side of dashboard, and it has a tooltip, then after hovering on a question mark, it shows a tooltip with lot of whitespace below the actual tooltip text. I have no ETA on when this will be fixed as I only reported it yesterday 🙂

Please see attached

Thank you for the screencast, Paul! I managed to reproduce the bug and have submitted an internal ticket to our developers. At this time I am unable to provide an ETA for the fix, but will make sure to keep you posted with any progress as soon as it present itself. In the meantime, if you resize the headline insight, then the tooltip text should render correctly. Thank you again for reporting this.

Hi Paul, please allow me to provide an update here and let you know that our developers are aware of this bug as expressed previously although I am unable to provide an ETA; if the issue is rather urgent and you would like to push for the resolution, please feel free to contact my colleague @Greta directly so we can communicate this to our Team properly. In the meantime, please consider resizing the visualizations for the tooltip to render correctly. Thank you for your understanding.
