Hi there I'm struggling with another metric where I am not able to full see all the data when I drag certain attributes into the row's section. This is quite a new issue, as this "drill-down" worked fine previously Will DM the issue. When I have the normal attributes added to the row (the default drill down) - there are only 2 users appearing but after removing a few attributes the others appear. I need to display these attributes so need help figuring out why this is happening.

Hi Max thanks for sending this in. You mentioned that the drill down was working just fine previously, are you able to confirm if anything was changed which could have led to this? Also kindly share a direct link to the report and if possible, some screenshots, to allow us investigate this further.

Sent you a DM with screenshots! Thanks

Hi Max thanks for sending more information via dm. We will look into this and update you with our findings.
Hi Max, After running impersonation, I noticed that you have multiple attributes with the same name i.e Id in the data catalogue. When attributes have identical names, they appear indistinguishable in the data catalogue. Therefore, it is possible to select the wrong attribute, leading to inaccurate or incorrect results. We recommend giving attributes unique, descriptive names (e.g.,
Applicant ID
,
Program ID
,
Cycle ID
) instead of generic
ID
and using naming conventions in the LDM so attributes are easily distinguishable in the UI. If two attributes truly represent the same concept across datasets, consider reusing a reference instead of duplicating them. Also, I was not able to reproduce this issue, as it was working as expected when using the exact id from the one dataset. Kindly confirm that you're using the same Id when creating this. If this doesnt help, are you able to specify which Id you're using, and from which dataset in order for us to be able to reproduce this behaviour. I will share some screenshots for more context via dm.
Hi Max, As discussed via dm, I was finally able to reproduce the issue after removing the attribute
Totalriskcore
. You mentioned that this is working just fine in other reports. Are you able to share a direct link to one of the reports where its working so that we can compare the two, and verify if there is any issue/difference?

@Max Donsky Please keep your comments related to this thread in the thread and not the DM's. This way, the whole support team can understand the issue and we can work together toward a resolution. Could you please provide the direct link to the report that is working as expected so we can compare it to the broken one?

Essentially there are 3 metrics: • Drill-Down Count of Approved (Agent/Partner) • Drill-Down Count of Refused (Agent/Partner) • Drill-Down Count of Decisions (Agent/Partner) When I filter by a specific client under 'Partner Agent' filter, adding "school name" removes some of the usersfrom the drill-down. Only when I remove "Schoolname" do all the users appear
Here is a link to one of the drill downs.. you will see when you filter by 'MPOWER" and remove school name how more users appear
Technically this isn't functioning in any report, as our typical partners reports are not structured in the manner of adding "schoolname"

Hi Max, I'm looking at the report now, and I can see that you are working with the "id" in the users ID dataset. However, it doesn't look like some of those ID's have linked references to "Schoolname" If you take a look at the following testing report, you can see that the two schoolnames that are available in the report when schoolname is added have an id linked to them. If I filter for the other two ID's in your original report you see that there is nothing there in reference to a schoolname. Could you please check your data and confirm that there should be schoolnames for the userIDs? TEST REPORT
m
Hi joseph, the test report is blank
j
aaah sorry, didn't save... moment
m
these are not duplicates if this is what you are referring to.. one is schoolname and one is schoolname2
j
no that's not what i'm referring to
m
right so when we isolate the schoolnames and user IDs you are still only seeing 2 results
even though you have selected 4 user ID's
however, our database is showing the school names for those ID's (as well as our other data platform)
j
Could you send of screenshot showing that those ids do have referenced schoolnames?
