If two attributes truly represent the same concept across datasets, consider reusing a reference instead of duplicating them.
Also, I was not able to reproduce this issue, as it was working as expected when using the exact id from the one dataset. Kindly confirm that you're using the same Id when creating this. If this doesnt help, are you able to specify which Id you're using, and from which dataset in order for us to be able to reproduce this behaviour.
