Hey we are having an issue where we are getting the error sorry cannot find this visualisation but the visualisation ID exists & we can also query it from the API. This is happening to all visualisations. Although, when they are added on the dashboard I can view them but if I got to Analyze and try to edit & view them it’s throwing this error. We made some changes to the data model but we reverted it, so ideally it should work now. Steps taken so far. • We have refreshed the cache as well. • Reverted data model changes Sample insight ID - a89bdd5e-33e4-4e0c-8a60-3a85ec669cb0 Any idea what we are missing? Would setting up LDM from scratch again resolve this issue?

Does this have to with user & workspace permissions? But I am already an admin.

Hi Kovil, this seems like the same issue solved here: https://gooddataconnect.slack.com/archives/C04S1MSLEAW/p1741704703876169?thread_ts=1741631267.789069&cid=C04S1MSLEAW Could you please check the insight definition from the visualization object endpoint and make sure that it is not using any incorrect or non-existent identifier including the identifiers for the filter context (filters). More details about the endpoint can be found here https://www.gooddata.com/docs/cloud/api-and-sdk/api/api_reference_all/#operation/getEntity@VisualizationObjects

Ok it looks like some keys got unmapped because of the changes we did - I think we reverted completely now so it’s fine.

Glad to hear that! Thank you for the update 🙂
