Hey Support Team, I added a new user (michael.miller@ovationcxm.com) to our workspace, but they haven’t received the invite email. I tried: • Removing them and adding them again. • Checking spam/junk folders. But the email still hasn’t arrived. Can you help troubleshoot this? Let me know if you need any details from my side. I believe they existed a few months ago, so I'd say it's likely they had an account and it was deleted at some point - but I can't confirm unfortunately.

The user was still in the endpoint but without it auth0 id, so I 'fixed it'. Now I expect he would be able to login.
