Hi Alson, I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. I have impersonated your organization as an Admin and can confirm that I see the same situation. Since I understand that you are migrating from the trial to the enterprise version, could you let me know if you made any changes to the Domain settings? Additionally, could you provide a time frame regarding when the changes were made and/or when you first noticed that you no longer had access? Thank you for your help. We are currently investigating the issue and I will keep you updated with any progress.

Hello Mauricio, thanks for looking into this case. I actually havent been making any changes to the domain settings, because as spoken previously, I went with the
Workspace Declarative API
route instead. It was actually still working for me till around 5pm SGT (Singapore timing which is UTC +8) yesterday, Im not sure if anyone accessed it yesterday after. But I havent touched it since, and Im usually the sole person who would be making such changes, if any. Thus, it's weird to see that this issue happened this morning at 9am SGT when I attempted to log in

Hello Alson, the organization should be accessible now. Could you please test? I am sorry, it was caused by a misconfiguration on GoodData side. We will make sure it won't happen again.
