I am trying to use newly added Alert feature, but now I am getting Alert Failed error, is there any chance to set up frequency of alert?

Hi Marketa, may I ask if you can check the settings and be sure the Evaluation Frequency is set it no less than 'Hourly' I check our logs, and in the counter says already the actionlimit is in 360, meaning that probably your Evaluation Frequency is set with Cron expression in something around 4 minutes. Can you check please?

My set up was hourly, I can higher to daily, I had there hourly so I can check the functionality. Actionlimit 360 is per day?

Hi Marketa, my apologies for the confusion, I will re-explain the definition of the limits.
Daily action limit exceed
means that
DAILY_ALERT_ACTION_COUNT
entitlement was exceed, which means the following:
Amount of executions of alerts per workspace you can do in 24 hours, to get the real number you need to consider AutomationCount, but also evaluation frequency and amount of recipients.
For example, having 5 recipients in 4 automations with hourly evaluation produces 5*4*24 = 480 actions. Therefore, if the Evalution frequency is defined Hourly, then the Action Count will depend on the number of Recipients and the number of Automations. May I ask how many Recipients are set?
Hi Marketa, I would like to know if you had time to see my last update and also confirm or not the issue still persists. I can see in our logs, the issue was present on 13-15th of December, but no after that, did you deactivate the alert? Just for testing purposes, could you set an alert only for one user? Also, for how many user/recipients are you setting the the alert? Thank you for your patience 🙂

Hi Mauricio - I set up 1 recipient - we dont generate more then 480 actions per day - I think max. arround 150 - because of current testing. Yes I set it up arround 13-15th december - and then put it out so I would not received not relevant emails, until it will be solved 🙂
