Hi, I'm trying to test the new AI assistant feature (https://www.gooddata.com/docs/cloud/experimental-features/ai-assistant/). I've created a trial and connected a data source. When I try to add my OpenAI token and save, the token disappears. When I try to use the chat, I have an error 500. Any idea what's going on? Thanks

Hi Laura, the token is not shown in the UI due to security reasons, as long as you have hit "apply", it will be saved in the backend. Regarding the 500 error, could you make sure you have specified the model as "gpt-4o"?

The AI assistant is available for trial customers as it is currently a beta feature, nevertheless if you would still like to test it on your Production environment, please feel free to reach out to your Account Manager @Ginij Sharma for approval.
