Hello! What is the easiest way from the GoodData UI to see all the created visualizations, and is there a way to delete those in bulk instead of searching for those one at a time in the analytical designer - open button? Note: we surface visualizations (not dashboards) to our app so anything that gets created is visible there.

Hi Raffaella, In GoodData Cloud, the UI currently does not support bulk deletion of visualizations. You have to delete them one at a time via the Analytical Designer. However, the GoodData API and GoodData CLI provide a way to list and delete visualizations in bulk. Please see the following documentation for more details: https://www.gooddata.com/docs/cloud/api-and-sdk/vs-code-extension/cli/ https://www.gooddata.com/docs/cloud/api-and-sdk/api/api_reference_all/#operation/getAllEntities@VisualizationObjects

Understood, thank you! Would it be possible to submit a product feedback / idea to make this feature available in the UI so non-technical users can easily manage their visualization list? Thanks!

Hi Raffaella, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes, of course - I am now going to go ahead and mark this as product feedback on your behalf 🙂
I would also like to show you our Experimental Feature - Analytics Catalog: The Analytics Catalog lets you search through and access all your visualizations, dashboards, metrics from one place, mitigating some of the bloat that comes as the size of your project grows. You can find it on the Home page. However, at this time there is no way to delete visualizations there - So I am also going to highlight this there, as I think would be an ideal solution 🤞 https://www.gooddata.com/docs/cloud/experimental-features/analytics-homepage/
