is there wany way to turn on cross-filtering for a dashboard, but only allow it from a single visualization? I have a page full of repeaters and I'd like for only one repeater to be clickable for cross-filtering

Unfortunately not, the cross-filtering can be currently only enabled/disabled for a whole Dashboard. I am submitting a product feedback on your behalf.
