Hello. We’re still seeing issues. Our services in AWS aren’t able to resolve the DNS. However, we’re using a custom domain. Is there anything we have to do on our end?

Hello Tomáš We are sorry to hear you are still havins issues. We recommend using the public DNS configuration posted in our release notes: You may try using DNS servers 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 Or if possible, please flush or use a specific DNS server

yes, but you can’t do that when you use a managed service like AppRunner on AWS, or Vercel or similar for your deployments.

Could you please provide the exact error on AWS?

it was
getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND our_gd_hostname
. it probably took longer for some of the aws dns servers to update. we fixed it at the application layer by setting up a custom dns resolver for http requests. we will check tomorrow if it’s back to normal without that.
