We have a support ticket in and happy to wait but figured I'd try here as we've been struggling with this all day and figured it might be faster here.
We were trying to setup SSO for our trial, I'm not sure 100% what we did wrong, but the bigger issue is we seem to have locked ourselves out of our account in so doing and have been unable to do anything in the trial since. The ticket is #118593 if that helps. I just thought I'd offer I'm right here if it can help accelerate resolution. Thanks
