I am developing a metric to see how long it takes for items to be received. I am following the article https://help.gooddata.com/classic/en/dashboards-and-insights/maql-analytical-query-language/maql-use-cases-and-tutorials/date-attribute-arithmetic/ to learn how to do it. I am receiving a strange and unhelpful error. It seems to be related to there where clause that excludes the dates that are null. I am having trouble finding any other documentation on how null evaluation works in MAQL. Can you help?

Hi Willie, from your screenshot I can see that you’re not selecting the “empty value” from the Attribute Values in the metric editor - Please see my screenshot below which highlights this:
