Hi, I'm trying to create a metric which calculates the average time it takes someone to close a support ticket. I do have the creation and closure dates but not sure on what the exact query should be. Can anyone help? Thanks
Hello Diana, you will need to ensure that your LDM is configured with the time dimensions in order to calculate for the average time.
