Hello! Question - one of our GoodData users has lost access to most of our dashboards which are shared with the whole workspace. I tried disabling and re-enabling his account but that this nothing. Is there any possible reason for this to happen and can anyone suggest what could be done in such cases? Thanks

Hello Diana, could you please confirm which GoodData Product are you using? Is it GoodData Cloud or GoodData Platform? Also, what is the role the user has in the workpace? Is the dashboard shared with all users or only with a certain user group?

Hi Moises, we are using GoodData Cloud, the user in question has a viewer access rights and the missing dashboards are shared with all workspace users.

I would recommend making sure that the user is in the correct user group and make sure that the dashboard has been shared accordingly. Further information about this can be found in our documentation: Manage Users and UserGroups Together | GoodData Cloud Native
