I am afraid, that your are not using GoodData under Growth plan, but rather you are using GoodData.CN or GoodData Cloud - please correct me if I am wrong. If this is the case, the export option might not be available yet.

We plan to introduce the CSV and XLS exports to GoodData Cloud and GD.CN by the end of Q3 this year. PDF is likely to come before the end of the year. Please stay tuned for the updates.
