Hi Gorden, there is no hover functionality, you can add a description to individual insights on a dashboard.

The text-field/hover over option is not available yet, but as you might noticed, our Product team has noted your question/request already. However, you can certainly drill to a custom URL, as described in this article. Other option would be to embed your Dashboard into your Application.
