Hi, I ran into a problem with configuring start of the week: even when I set the start of the week in my account setting to Monday, when analyzing data by week, it still shows Sun-Sat week. Could you help me how to fix this please?

Hello Matěj, this feature is currently available to enterprise customers only. Using Mon-Sun calendar in analytical designer and KPI dashboards is planned to be added in Q2 this year.

Until then as a partial workaround on the hosted GoodData platform (not GD.CN), you can utilize the ability to load custom date dimension as described here: https://help.gooddata.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=86795635 Instead of custom/fiscal date dimension you can just load there the standard date dimension with monday-starting weeks.
