We've noticed the export functionality (PDF and xlsx) isn't working very well, as sometimes it does work and sometimes it does not.
Have you any date in mind of when this will be corrected?

Can you please copy&paste the traceId here?
I tried to rewrite it to our logging system, but cannot find anything, most likely I am not rewriting it correctly 😉

It seems that you use GoodData.CN(on-premise), not GoodData cloud(managed by us).
In such a case, you have to find a detailed error message in your logs. Use the traceId to find it.
