Can I get some clarification on this topic. It is my understanding that Gooddata-cn does not support pgp auth. is that a correct statement ?

No, <http://GoodData.CN|GoodData.CN> doesn't support pgp auth. It supports only OIDC providers. Refer to <https://www.gooddata.com/developers/cloud-native/doc/1.4/administration/auth/|documentation>.  PGP SSO is supported in our hosted solution, <https://help.gooddata.com/doc/enterprise/en/how-to-get-started-with-gooddata|GoodData Platform>.
