Thinking completed The code
e8e9a3b1ffcdd7966010e8cb664fe92a
shown in your image is an Error trace ID rather than a specific error code [API Errors]. In GoodData, a
traceId
is a unique identifier generated and logged with the request to track and investigate what specifically went wrong on the backend during that operation [API Errors]. It does not inherently reveal the cause without looking up the corresponding server logs. Resolving the specifics of this issue requires a GoodData Support team member to look up the trace ID in the internal logs. To help the Support team investigate, please add the following details to this thread: • The trace ID:

• The affected organization and workspace ID / URL • The name or ID of the visualization/dashboard • What actions were being performed when the error occurred Support Options Community support (Startup & Professional) You are already in the right place: the GoodData Support team monitors this Slack, and a team member will join the conversation when human review is needed. Hi @Akmal Kuliev thanks for sharing the trace ID. I looked it up in our logs. The error came from a table visualization on one of your dashboards. Our query engine hit an internal error while it was building the query for that table, so the request failed before anything was sent to your data source. Your data and your data source connection look fine. This is something we need to look into on our side. Can you try to open the visualization in Analytical Designer and remove the measure value filter. If you'd rather keep it, try changing its dimensionality setting ("Filter by") so it covers all the attributes in the table or none of them. Then reload the dashboard. Please let us know if that clears the error, because it tells us about the cause. A few questions so we can prioritize and reproduce it: 1. How critical is this for you? Is it blocking end users of your embedded dashboards? 2. When did it start? Did this visualization ever work, and did you change it recently? 3. How many users and workspaces are affected? Do you see the same error on dashboards in other workspaces? 4. In general Could you please provide more context about the actions you were doing and some direct link of the insight. Feel free to share by DM any sensitive information. Thanks!
Let me clarify my previous message, when I said your data and data source connection "look fine," I meant we see no errors on that side for this request. The failure happened earlier, inside GoodData's query engine while it was generating the SQL, so the query never reached your data source. That doesn't confirm anything about the data source itself; it just wasn't involved in this error at first glance.
Hi Akmal, we are wondering if you are still experiencing the issue or it was fixed?
