1. Check the underlying Date Attribute / LDM definition: If an attribute or date dimension in the Logical Data Model (LDM) was recently modified, renamed, or had granularities removed, visualizations referencing that date label can fail with bad request errors [Date Attribute Issue].
2. Inspect the Console / Network Tab: Open browser Developer Tools (F12) to inspect the failing API calls:
◦ Look for the error payload or traceId on failing requests.
◦ Check if the response mentions missing objects, invalid identifiers, or execution limits [Date Attribute Issue; Limit and Trace Issue].
1. Debug the Insight: If you open one of the failing insights in Analytical Designer and replace /edit with /debug in the URL, you can inspect the generated query or error message directly [Slow Query Debugging].
Because this issue affects multiple dashboards and may require inspecting backend logs or workspace metadata, resolving the specifics requires a GoodData Support team member.
To help the Support team investigate, please add the following details to this thread:
• Trace ID(s) from the failing network request in your browser console
• The exact error message or status code returned by the backend
• Any recent changes made to your data source, pipeline, or Logical Data Model (LDM)
