Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Let me address both of your questions.
Blank Page at the End of PDF Snapshot Export This is a known issue that other users have encountered as well. [
Community Slack] Unfortunately, the knowledge sources do not contain a definitive fix or setting to prevent the extra blank page from appearing. Based on your screenshot, this appears to be page 3 of 4 — entirely blank — which matches the reported behavior.
A few things worth noting:
• The
Snapshot PDF export works essentially as a "screenshot" of the dashboard as it currently appears. The content and page breaks are determined by the dashboard's layout and widget sizes. [

• If the blank page is caused by table sizing or layout,
resizing the widgets on the dashboard may help reduce or eliminate it.
• I'd recommend contacting
GoodData Support directly and sharing the dashboard link so they can investigate the specific cause.
Page Break / Layout Preview Before Export The knowledge sources do not mention any built-in
page break preview or pre-export layout preview feature for the Snapshot PDF export. This option does not appear to be available in the current UI.
However, there are some
alternatives worth considering:
1.
Slide Deck export (PDF or PPTX) — This mode explicitly splits the dashboard into slides per section/widget, giving you more predictable pagination. [
Export Dashboards]
2.
Formatted Table PDF export — If your concern is specifically about tables, you can export individual pivot tables as formatted, paginated PDFs directly from the widget menu. [

3.
PDF Export Plugin — There is a custom dashboard plugin that adds PDF export capabilities with customizable styling options (color, font size, orientation, etc.), which may offer more control. [

I'm sorry I can't provide a more definitive answer on the blank page issue — I'd recommend raising it with GoodData Support for further investigation. 👍 0 button 👎 0 button ℹ️
