Data Source Routing enables workloads to be directed to different compute resources based on the datasets they use, helping improve performance, isolate demanding queries, and make resource usage more efficient. What’s New? 1. Smarter query routing: Route queries to different compute resources based on the underlying datasets. 2. Dedicated capacity for demanding workloads: Run heavy queries on large, detailed datasets separately from standard analytics workloads. 3. Flexible compute usage: Match workloads with the right level of compute power depending on their needs.
