Hey folks - we're looking at our pipeline management and looking at shifting our SQL Warehouse. Right now we're considering Trino, but doesn't seem there's a connector for GD from Trino. Is this something that's on the roadmap, or is there a way we'd be able to use that?

Hi Ryan, I have reviewed our AI Assistants repossess and this covers it very well within the current possibilities: We do not have a native Trino connector at this time - Currently, you would need to look into our FlexConnect data source However, I believe there was some talk about creating a native connector for Trino recently. Please let me check this internally and get back to you with more details as soon as possible.

Thank you! This is not a short migration for us, so we are looking at 6-9 months runway. So if it's potentially planned this year, that'd be great to know!

Hi Ryan, I have some good news on this Friday - Our Engineers confirmed for me that we will support Trino moving forward. However, as we currently do not support it, you need to stay in touch with your Account Owner: Greta Jakubovskaja and keep her informed of your migration process & timeline, so our Engineers can deliver the Trino support in line with your migration.
