I’m currently checking why the exports are not working. Joe shared with me one of the dashboards, which I see that when a visualization is “broken” the whole dashboard won’t be exported.
I’m checking a few more specifics on this visualization and I’ll come back here with more details.

I was able to isolate the issue. It all points to how ClickHouse (or the execution layer) sends decimals/numeric types into the export service and why only XLSX has this issue and not CSV.
Therefore, if one of the vizualizations has a float type, it will fail.
I’ve raised this with our engineers. I’ll let you know soon about an update.

However, we have implemented a fix which has been tested in our environment and it will go soon to production, I’ll let you once its there
