Hi Support team, I have setup usergroup data filtering for dozens of our clients without issue but there is one who has an issue - he cannot display any dashboards, he sees a 401 error and no visualizations appear. Here is the script I ran for his data filtering. It is exactly like many others only he is the only one with a period in the name of his location which I wonder if that is the cause of this issue? (see attachment). If this is true, is there anything I can do to make a period work? The data does include the period so I need the filter to work with a period. I have also attached the errors he sees.

I think a support team member is needed. Someone with data filtering API knowledge.

Hello Greg, Could you please share with us the Workspace or dashboard example that the user can not see, also the user. I believe there is a missing attached file. Please feel free to share all the information by DM, and I will look into this.
Hello Greg, from the UI seems all right, but to check further, and for the purposes of further investigation, I need to get access to the mentioned workspace in order to see what is happening. For this, I would like to ask you to grant permission for me to temporarily assume the identity of the user (shared by dm) and look at the workspace “with his own eyes”. Impersonation is a mechanism that we can use to log in as a particular user. This mechanism is built into the product and is intended to be used by authorized GoodData personnel only. To learn more about impersonation please follow the link: https://www.gooddata.com/docs/cloud/security-and-compliance/impersonation/

Hi Mauricio, this would be fine. I will share in DM.

Hello Greg, thank for the approval. I have impersonated the user, I am able to see all the dashboard without any problem (from R001 to R011). Can you please confirm if the issue is solved (and how?), additionally just to be sure, can you send me a direct link of a dashboard the user can not see? Or when he can not see, would help also to identify some TraceId from the console.
So as we discussed by DM, seems the issue is solved, the user now can see the dashboard, as it was likely wrong provisioning of his AuthId. Please, let us know if you need further assistance.
