Hello am having issues with "Invitation to Users" We are using custom domain "domainname.cloud.gooddata.com/". So when we try to invite users they are not receiving any invitation email. Is there any separate configuration to be done. Please advise.

Hi Ankit, this domain doesn't seem like correct hostname. Could you please confirm your GoodData domain which you have received when you created your Trial account?

Hello Julius, so our domain is "https://collaborativeimaging.cloud.gooddata.com/" our Admin user has added me to the user/group list, but i didnt received any invitation/signup email from it. However when i manually signup but now its redirecting me to the cloud.gooddata.com not our domain

Hmm that's really strange (the redirect). I would definitely try to clear browser cache & cookies and see if that fixes the issue.
Regarding user invitations, let me explain the situation. Since you have a Professional-tier account, you are currently in a transition period where authentication is still handled through our Auth0 (OIDC). Moving forward, we expect customers to implement their own OIDC so that they can manage users directly. During this transition period—until you set up your own authentication—any user additions must be handled by our L2 team. If you have specific users you’d like to add, please send us their details, and we will add them to your domain. At this point, the "Add User" button is not functional anymore while using our managed OIDC.

Thanks Julius, can you add "akothari@civie.com" to our domain, and will my login creds be same which i used while signing up or do i need to reset pwd after mapping.

Righ on, I'm passing it to our L2 Technical team and one of the team members will contact you once done. Yes, you will need to reset the passwords once the users is added.

Hi @Ankit Kothari unfortunately configuration enabling invitation functionality was missing on your GoodData organization. The setting is now enabled, please try to invite the user (you might need to delete user entities that got potentially created from your previous attempt to add the user first)

Hi Ankit, apologies for my earlier misleading information. As my colleague mentioned, the issue was actually caused by a missing setting and you should be able to use the invites now. Just one additional note: since you have a HIPAA environment, I’m required to inform you that I accessed it using our built-in admin account. Please rest assured that I did not access any of your data or workspaces. I only reviewed the “Add user” setting in the “Users & Groups” section.
