Hi team, I am currently using the trial version. I have created a Member user, but how do I log in with that user? I have an Admin user, but is there a screen to set the password? When I try to log in from the Member user and enter the email address in the “Forgot password” section, no email is sent, so I am stuck. Could you please advise?

Hello Toshiki, Could you please check your spam folder and make sure that the pw email hasn't been filtered there? If this is not the case, could you please provide the email address of your new user so we can check our logs?

Hello Joseph, Thank you for the advice. The email was in the spam folder, so I successfully set the password. Since the dashboard is shared, I tried to log in, but I couldn't and received the message “Something went wrong. There could be a misconfiguration in the system.” It might be because I recreated the user. What would be the appropriate action to take? The email address used is ttta.trial.2025@gmail.com.

Hello Toshiki, I'm sorry for the delay, but I did see that your user was missing the auth0 id from it's profile upon recreation. I have since added it to your account and you should be able to log in with no problem now.
