Hey. I am leaving my company, and my email will be deactivated. We have auth setup via Cognito. Do I need to transfer ownership of GD (dashboards, models etc) or will everything work fine after my emails' deactivation?

If your user account is deleted or deactivated in Cognito (and thus you can no longer authenticate to GoodData), the dashboards, insights, and metrics you created in GoodData will continue to function for other users. Deleting a user does not affect the availability or functionality of these objects for others—they remain accessible and operational in the platform. There is no requirement to transfer ownership for the dashboards, models, or other analytics objects for them to keep working after your email/account is deactivated. However, after your account is removed, you (or anyone using your credentials) will no longer be able to access or manage those objects yourself. Hello Filip, I have created a user and impersonating that user, I have created a workspace, visualisation and a dashboard. Later, I have deleted the user and from my main account, I was still able to reach to items that was created by the deleted user. Please let me know if you have more questions. Thank you.
