Hey folks - having some issues with usageanalytics.cloud.gooddata.com and not reporting usage properly. Not sure who or how I should escalate this.

Hi Ryan, What kind of issues are you seeing exactly?

It's not showing users and their dashboard loads/refreshes. I have a user who went into specific dashboards yesterday, and today they aren't showing up accordingly for all dashboards.

Do you know approximately when they accessed? I believe it is refreshed every 24 hours, so it could be related to the time when it was accessed/logged

It was 8am CST yesterday. 2 of the dashboards he visited showed up, but 2 of them didn't.
