`gd cli` - when will this support child workspaces...

- when will this support child workspaces? I want to use the cli to 
deploy
and 
clone
from workspaces, working in 
vs code
directly, but it currently doesn't pull child workspaces (used for WDFs). Alternatively, I can use python to do this, but the gooddata cli is already there and much simpler to integrate into an existing ci/cd pipeline.

specifically in VS Code, if i clone a workspace with children, i just get the parent workspace.
if i clone the child workspace in vs code, it doesn't load properly because it references aspects of the parent workspace (model, visualizations, etc).
what is the best practice for setting up parent/child workspace development in vscode?

Hi Matt, Its important to point out that GoodData CLI and the VS Code extension are still beta features and indeed, at the moment they work on a single workspace only, so cloning and deploying doesn’t cover hierarchies or child workspaces. I'm afraid that for scenarios where you need to manage parent–child setups or workspace data filters, the Python SDK and APIs are currently the best way to go. I’ll also submit product feedback to make sure hierarchy support in the CLI is considered for the future. I'm sorry if this was not the answer you were hoping for.
Can you please confirm how important would similar feature be for you?

it's critical if we want to properly manage change control, as we do with any other code. i'm surprised it's not supported, given most of the messaging is about "analytics as code".
and the note about 
cli
and 
vs code extension
being "beta features" also doesn't really fit with the 
analytics as code
messaging, blog articles and videos you've been publishing since 2023. I'm confused as to what the right approach is.
In my case, I have a multi-tenant solution - so child workspaces and WDF filters are what gooddata recommends. However, the approach gooddata recommends means I can't use any of the tooling that differentiates gooddata from other BI solutions.

are in BETA, despite being a big push in all of your content ( 
analytics as code
), which is a bit of a misrepresentation of your platform.
i'm a little disappointed, but hopeful that it'll be addressed.
@Thiago Alves - any progress here? would be great to use ci/cd for gooddata.
