Hi there, I am getting inaccurate data for a specific metric I've built relative to what is in our database and another data platform we use. It appears it may be an LDM issue but I cannot pin-point it. Can someone please reach out to assist? Our customers rely on this data point / metric and we need it to be accurate.
When I try to change the LDM connection to a different table to solve the solution.. I cannot find the ID field in setting up the connection, despite it showing in the data table.

Hello Max,
Thank you for reaching out! I impersonated an admin account to investigate and on my end, I can see 5,599, when I count "UserId" by "IsStudyPermitAttached".
Could you please confirm, if there are no UDFs or filters applied so it does not change the value? Thank you

ah yes this works thank you.. we dont typically user the Userid from this table but that works!

you were in "Internal" you will want to mimic in Production workspace as you an see the discrepancy there

Hi Max, I am sorry for the misunderstanding on my end. Could you please send a direct link to where you see different number for the count of userId by IsStudyPermitAttached?
