Hi Team, On sharing dashboards, the modal shows all the users and user groups. I want to show admin-group's users only. Is there any way to handle this case ? Thanks

Hi Vivek, unfortunately we do not support this functionality - The only way to achieve this would be to only have admin-group’s users only in the workspace. You can only share a dashboard with users and user groups that have access to the workspace where the dashboard is located. Hi @Michael Ullock, I’m trying to search for the user with the email vivek.kushwaha+oo1@wizehive.com , but it’s returning “no matching users or user groups,” even though this email is present in the users list when sharing private dashboards. Could you please look into this? Thanks

Hi Vivek, this generally happens when the user is already an existing member of a group - If they are already a member, it will not show shoe that user as an option to be added
