Hi @Sheetal Popat, This is Branislav from the L2 Technical Support team. The account for the requested user was added as an Admin of the orgs with ids

that correspond to the DEV and TEST environments. Hi @Sheetal Popat, Same as before, the account for the requested user was added as an Admin of all orgs that correspond to the DEV and TEST and PROD environments. In order to be able to log in, please ask the user to reset their password by using the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. @Sheetal Popat, apologies for missing your question. Your environments are currently set up with an expectation that you will be using your own OIDC in the future. Once you are ready to switch from our OIDC to your own, please follow these steps. Due to this planned transition, the invitation functionality is not available anymore, as it was linked to our OIDC. Therefore, you will be able to add new users by yourself once you switch to your own OIDC. Please let us know in case you have any questions or need further assistance with the setup and we will gladly help you.
