06/20/2025, 2:42 PM@Emilie Abia apologies for a possible misunderstanding. Based on your previous message, my understanding was that you are asking the person that the email belongs to for their first and last name.
Therefore, I have not added the accounts for them to the environments yet.

06/24/2025, 10:48 AM@Emilie Abia, I went ahead and the account for the requested user was added as an Admin of organizations that correspond to all Outsight environments. In order to be able to log in, please ask the user to reset their password by using the 'Forgot password?' link on the login screen.
I am tentatively marking this as resolved, but feel free to follow up and let us know if needed.
