Hi, I'm having issues adding new users to our cloud project. I've added via the UI which I assumed would send them an invitation email but that never arrives (and we've asked our IT team if there are any blocked GoodData emails which is apparently not happening). We've also tried using the forget password option when logging in for these new users but that email never arrives also. Am I missing anything? (And no we haven't set up OIDC yet which will occur in the near future).

Hi Peter, I have checked your and I can see that you have

managed_oidc

switched off, so it will not send out any Email invitations. As you haven’t implemented your own OIDC provider yet, you are still using our default Auth0 OIDC which is managed by us. Therefore, in this transition period, before you implement your own, we will need to create / add the users on your behalf. Via DM - Please provide us with the list of users you would like to add, their full name, Email address and tell us the level of access they require. Once I have this information, I will go ahead and send this request over to our Tier 2 Technical team to process further.
